FORMERLY A BATIK ARTIST

Co-founder of the Batik Association of ACT.

Exhibited batik at Beaver Galleries, Canberra. 

Held batik workshops and demonstrated at school and colleges in ACT and Victoria.

STARTED PAINTING IN 1989

Took part in exhibitions and exhibited in galleries in ACT, NSW and Queensland.

GREETING CARDS 

Studio produced and distributed through galleries as above, also

Victorian National Gallery and Parliament House, Canberra. 

Christmas and greeting cards commissioned by government departments.

A number of designs have also been published by Australian Fine Art Publishers;

one image is now in it's 11th printing.

PRINT DESIGNS (3)

commissioned by New York art publisher for worldwide distribution.

MURAL

commissioned by Liverpool Hospital to paint mural in cancer care unit.

owned and operated studio gallery on NSW south coast for 8 years

RUG DESIGNS

designer for Sydner rug company. Product distributed in major stores throughout  Australia.

CHANNEL 9 TV

featured in "Destinations" programme.

WORK REPRESENTED

in government and private offices in Canberra, private collections throughout Australia,

Canada,  USA,  India, Great Britain, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Quatar and Dubai.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

include convenor of Hawker Art Show in ACT for three years;

co-ordinator of  community collage in ACT shopping centre;

co-author of publication on breast cancer support published by  ACT Cancer Council.
